Red cover hose with a white longitudinal stripe and white liner. It is made of TPE-S hygienic rubber, with a steel spiral and polyester reinforcement. Inside and outside completely smooth to enhance flow properties and allow easy cleaning and sterilization processes. Produced with specific tighter tolerances than an equivalent vulcanized rubber hose. Cover features: excellent resistance to ozone, ageing, UV rays and weather conditions. The extruded, low porosity TPE-S tube reduces permeation problems. Highly neutral in taste and odor, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the medium. Good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions and good impermeability. Versatile rubber resistant even to an alcohol concentration of 50%. Curing-free material: the production of Plutone PF does not need any vulcanization process, therefore it prevents the risk of leaching of curing agent residues into the end product (peroxide or platinum volatile rests). It can be conductive (R<102 Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral. Food grade according to the EU Regulation 10/2011 (Classes A, B, C, D1) , FDA Regulations (Title 21 CFR Parts 170 to 199 Item 177.2600, classes D, E).

Application Fields: Versatile suction and delivery hose designed to convey food liquids. Suitable for a manifold range of media such as premium wines, fruit juices, vinegar, spirits with alcoholic content up to 50%. Available in blue version to deliver milk, yogurt and dairy products (no fatty food).
