IPL Vulcano® M FR

IPL Vulcano® M FR is a translucent ester based TPU duct reinforced with copper colored TPU high adhesion steel spiral. Wall thickness from 0,4 mm to 0,75 mm. Maximum flexibility, high compressibility (about 5:1) and lightness make this duct an excellent choice for saving costs on storage and transport and easy handling in operation. Resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, UV, ozone and ageing. Especially suitable for dynamic applications. The TPU-coated spiral allows more flexibility than a hose without the coated steel spiral. It can be made conductive (R<102 Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.

Application Fields: Suction of pellets, granulates, abrasive powders and chemicals. In woodworking and ceramic industry and everywhere very high flexibility is required, even at low temperatures.

Temp Range: -40 to +90°C
Size Range: 25 – 450mm
