IPL Vulcano® S1 Flexible Ducting / Flexible Hose

IPL Vulcano® S1 is a light weight ester based polyurethane flexible ducting with a copper plated steel spiral helix. Extremely flexible, axially compressible (5:1) for easy handling and cost effective for storage and transport. The extraction ducting has good mechanical properties and it is especially suitable for dynamic applications. It is resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, ageing, ozone and atmospherical agents. Halogens free and phthalates free.

Technical Features: Ester based Polyurethane duct reinforced with a steel spiral, copper coated. Constant wall thickness of 0.40mm for all diameters.

Standards: It can be made electrically bonded by earthing the steel spiral. Conforms to RoHS and REACH Regulation (1907/2006).

Application Fields: Woodworking industry, dust extraction, vapours, small industrial cleaning and light suction plants. Abrasion Resistant

  • Colour: Clear with copper coated spiral
  • Temperature Range: -40°C +90°C
