DELIVERY TIMES

We attempt to despatch orders immediately, but please allow up to 7 days. Please use our order tracking facility to monitor the progress of your order.

DELIVERY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES

Due to the size of some of our products, we may have issues with deliveries to residential addresses. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide automatic delivery costs for worldwide deliveries. However, we welcome orders from anywhere in the world.

Should you place an order from outside the UK, no shipping charges will be added and we will contact you after we have received your order to confirm these. 

You will have the option to continue on an ex-works basis or we will quote for delivery based on DAP incoterms. If you do not wish to continue with your order, we will of course offer you a full refund.

DELIVERY SURCHARGE

Large diameter tubing (152mm ID and above) may be subject to a surcharge for delivery. Please contact us for more information.
