Galvanised steel Rubber packed Interlock combines the mechanical strength and flexibility of stripwound metal tubing with enhanced air-tightness provided by a rubber packing between the interlocked metal profile. This product delivers a combination of flexibility, durability, and improved sealing.                                                                                                               

Primary Applications

• Engine & generator exhaust systems in automotive and power generation sectors.
• Pneumatic transfer lines of powders, pellets, grains and other bulk materials in industrial plants or transport vehicles.
• Flexible ducting for ventilation, air extraction and fume control where enhanced leak-tightness is needed. 
• Protective sheath for cables, sensor wires or hydraulic lines in environments subject to vibration, impact or heat. 
• As a liner in other hoses or corrugated hose assemblies for added abrasion resistance or as a bend restrictor. 

Max Operating Temperature

– 40 to +500 Degrees C (Silicone Packing Available on Request +250 Degrees C)
