Next 09 Ether food grade hose is an ether based Polyurethane product. The hose is reinforced with a TPU-coated INOX steel spiral which offers the best adhesion with the hose wall. It is a very flexible hose even at low temperatures. It has a good level of resistance to mineral oils and chemicals, an excellent resistance to ozone and weather and is totally resistant to microbes and hydrolysis. Halogen free.

Technical Features: Ether based Polyurethane Hose with TPU-coated INOX steel spiral. It is smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties. Constant wall thickness of 0.9mm throughout the range of diameters.

Standards: Suitable to deliver food stuffs in accordance with FDA Regulations (title 21 CFR 177.2600). Next 09 is made by a special TPU that combines different properties which make the wall material permanent antistatic (R<109 Ohm). The hose can be conductive by grounding the spiral. Free of Halogen and Phthalates.

Application Fields:Suction and Transport Hose in the Food and Pharmaceutical Industry. Used for street cleaning vehicles, in the chemicals industry and for all applications where a special microbes resistance is required.
